Description

SPINEFITTER Junior is not a scaled-down adult SPINEFITTER. The sphere count, the spacing and the material response were all redesigned around the proportions of a growing body — sixteen pairs of spheres, matched to the spinal width and inter-scapular distance of children and adolescents.

The design is deliberately playful. Children between 4 and adolescence are active by nature; the training works because it does not feel like training.

Where it is used:

• Children who are highly active but have limited core control
• Long periods at a desk or screen, with a tendency to round forward
• Young athletes in gymnastics, dance, golf, football and other sports requiring core stability and body awareness
• Home, school and training-room settings
