SPINEFITTER® International Certification
Teaching someone else to lie down correctly is harder than it sounds.
Training on the SPINEFITTER is not difficult. Instructing another person on it — holding the right position, cueing the right intention, knowing when to stop — takes practice. This is the course that closes that gap.
It qualifies you to design professional exercise programmes independently using the SPINEFITTER, and to assess a client’s condition and needs so that the tool is used correctly and sustainably.

Four working themes run through all three modules: tension release · improving joint mobility · balancing the autonomic system · myofascial release, joint motor control and postural assessment.

Do I need to own a SPINEFITTER before attending?
Equipment is provided for the course. Most participants purchase one afterwards; certified instructors can supply them to their own clients.
Is there an exam?
Assessment is practical and takes place during the workshop.
Does the certification expire?
No. Further certifications build on it rather than replace it.
What does the certification allow me to do?
Deliver classes in this method — in person and online — and supply SISSEL® products to the people you work with. It is the first step on the path to Educator.
