Description
The double ball from the SISSEL® Myofascia series, for deep-tissue fascia release. The groove between the two balls keeps pressure off the spine and on the muscles and fascia either side; it also works well on the shoulders, neck, back, thighs and calves. Use it lying, sitting or against a wall and control the pressure with your body weight — it mimics the feel of an elbow and supports muscle vitality and regeneration.
EPP foam: light, resilient, odourless, recyclable, with a surface that is easy to clean — suitable for shared studio use.
